We only collect the information we need to respond to you and provide our services.
- Contact form: your name, phone number, type of business and any message you send.
- Setup form: the details about your business that you send so we can build your receptionist and website, and your contact email.
- Demo line, browser demo and phone calls: your phone number (for phone calls), the audio of the conversation, and a transcript or summary of it. The demo is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded. The browser demo uses your microphone only after you start it and allow access.
- Emails with our team: the information you choose to share with us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
2.How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information.
- To respond to your questions, prepare quotes and set up the services you sign up for.
- To run and improve our demo line and services, including the quality of our AI receptionists.
- To communicate with you about services you asked about.
- To keep our website and services secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
3.Call recording and AI
Our demo line and the AI receptionists we build use artificial intelligence to answer calls. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
By calling, you acknowledge that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. If you do not agree, please hang up and contact us by email instead.
4.Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, such as:
- Website hosting: Vercel
- Form processing: Formspree
- Phone and AI voice services: Retell AI
- Spam and abuse protection for the browser demo: Google reCAPTCHA (when enabled), which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
5.Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy. Third-party sites we link to have their own policies.
6.How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Messages and forms you send us are deleted after 24 months, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer.
